Ultimate ServicesPrivacy Policy
Last updated October 12, 2026
This policy covers ultimateservices.us and the Ultimate Portal at app.ultimateservices.us, operated by Ultimate Services Nationwide Inc. The Ultimate Portal is a private, invite-only workspace used by our team and family. It is not offered to the public.
Information we collect
- Account details for invited users: name, email address and profile settings.
- Content you add to the portal, such as tasks, notes, contacts, calendar items, bills and documents.
- If you choose to connect a Google account, the Google data described below.
- Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to keep the service secure.
Google user data
When you connect a Google account to the Ultimate Portal, with your permission we access:
- Gmail: to show your messages in the portal inbox, let you read, label, archive and reply, and send email you write in the portal.
- Google Calendar: to show your events in the portal calendar and create or update events you make in the portal.
- Basic profile (email address): to identify which account is connected.
Email message bodies are loaded live from Google when you open them and are not stored on our servers. We store limited message metadata (such as sender, subject, date and labels) to build the inbox, plus encrypted access tokens so the connection keeps working. A mailbox you mark as personal is visible only to you. A mailbox you choose to share is visible only to the portal users you share it with.
The Ultimate Portal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. We do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide the portal features you use, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.
How we use information
Only to run the portal for its invited users: showing your data, sending notifications you ask for, and keeping accounts secure.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel) in the United States. Connections use HTTPS, Google tokens are encrypted at rest, and access is restricted by per-user permissions in the database.
Your choices
- Disconnect a Google account at any time in portal Settings, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and message metadata for that account.
- Ask us to delete your portal account and data by emailing dylan@ultimateservices.us.
