These terms apply to ultimateservices.us and the Ultimate Portal at app.ultimateservices.us, operated by Ultimate Services Nationwide Inc.

Access

The Ultimate Portal is private and available by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove access at any time.

Connected accounts

If you connect a Google account, you authorize the portal to access it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.

Acceptable use

Use the portal only for lawful purposes related to our companies and family, and do not attempt to access data you have not been given access to.

No warranty

The site and portal are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
